Half, or Whole sides available. Meat will be cut, wrapped, and frozen packed at a USDA facility and delivered or picked up at our ranch.
We process beef three times a year, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Stock will be updated closer to the date of harvest.

All Angus halves and full beef are pre-sold and require a $250 deposit. $2500 for half side or $4900 for whole beef. American Wagyu (when Available) $2800 Half And $5500 Whole
