Half, or Whole sides available. Meat will be cut, wrapped, and frozen packed at a USDA facility and delivered or picked up at our ranch.
We process beef three times a year, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Stock will be updated closer to the date of harvest.
Average weight for Whole is 650-750 pounds hanging weight.
Average weight for Half is 325-375 pounds hanging weight

All halves and full beef are pre-sold and require a $250 deposit. $2600 for half side or $5000 for whole beef.
