Freeze Dried Pizza Toppings are a combination of mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and basil. Enough for two small pizzas, or one large. Veggies can be rehydrated in water prior to use or let the veggies soak up all that delicious pizza juice while it cooks. I always add a little extra cheese on top of the topping to give it a little extra moisture. Customers tell me they add these veggies to soups and Raman dishes also.
